Our optional hand tufting is a traditional method used in mattresses-making to hold the individual layers together without using any adhesives. Therefore hand tufting creates a superior product which is well put together and which will not separate with time. It also provides the customer a unique option – to change an individual layer in the mattress in the future without having to replace the entire mattress.
